I worked with Madison and her team at my wedding in August of 2021. From the minute I emailed her to the final send off on our special day, she was there. She was there for all of it. Madison made the process so easy for us, she is extremely organized and detailed. I chose to go with her for design as well and if you are on the fence, DO IT. Our table settings, the seating chart, all the signage was immaculate. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
The day/night of the wedding they made sure everything was on track with the timeline that she made for us. From making sure everything flowed perfectly to calming me down right before walking down the aisle her whole team was my dream and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. She contacted all of my vendors and took so much stress off of me! By the end of the night they felt like our guests and our friends. If you are still looking for a coordinator, just stop and book with Madison! You won’t regret it.

Madison was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process and on our big day! I am not great when it comes to planning and making big decisions and she helped keep us on track with our vendors and timelines throughout the planning process!
She went above and beyond to help on the wedding day when there were hiccups in the plans. I somehow, in the excitement of it all, forgot to grab my bouquet to walk down the aisle with and Madison sprinted back to the bridal suite so I could have it to walk back up the aisle with after the ceremony! She is truly wonderful to work with as well as the entire team and I am so grateful I had her there to help the process go so smoothly!

Madison + Christopher
Madison went above and beyond during our Colorado elopement. We are from the Black Hills of South Dakota and traveling down couldn’t have went more seem-less. She took the time to get to know us, we FaceTimed from our home and she asked personal questions to incorporate into our special day. When we arrived at the air bnb she had picked out and set up our private chef, organized the dinner, created a beautiful tablescape and took many other tasks off us while we relaxed and enjoyed the day. She is very personable and we felt right at home with her as she took us through every step of the day. We couldn’t recommend her enough, thank you again!

Madison exceeded any hopes and expectations I had out for a wedding coordinator. She took control of the day, partnering with all of our vendors, and allowed me to really soak in and enjoy my time as a bride to be. Every vendor we worked with from the venue and Rabbi to the photographer and DJ absolutely raved about their experience working with Madison and the level of professionalism she brought to the table.
I could not offer a higher recommendation or praise for Madison's services and skills and look forward to seeing all of the beautiful events she will produce.

We can’t thank Madison enough for making our day absolutely perfect. We were all over the place with ideas and Madison was so creative at blending every thing we wanted into one cohesive, seemingly effortless wedding.
She thought of everything and made our job so easy. Madison ran errands for us, wrote all of our calligraphy, and fit in so well with our friends and family they thought she was a guest. She’s also the cutest human ever and hanging out with her is a just a bonus.
