Yes. While our payment plans are typically 50% at the time of booking at 50% two weeks prior to your event, we are happy to work out different payment plan options if need be. As long as your invoice is paid in full two weeks before the date of your event, we are flexible. Please let us know if you need to discuss extended payment plan options when you reach out.
We are based in Denver CO, and regularly travel to nearby areas of Colorado such as Vail, Aspen, Telluride, and Crested Butte. However, our favorite weddings to plan are luxury destination weddings! We will travel anywhere that your love takes us.
We dream of planning a wedding, microwedding, or elopement in Southern California, LA, Napa, Florida, the Amalfi Coast, Greece, or really anywhere in Europe, so please reach out with your destination wedding ideas. The sooner the better. The intimate and thorough nature of our work only allows us to work with a select number of couples per year. So, if you know you want to work with us, we recommend getting in touch at least 9 months before your wedding, though 1-2 years beforehand is preferred. We love to take our time really getting to know you and intentionally crafting the perfect day.
At Amara Collective, it’s all about you. We get to know you, we pamper you, and we work tirelessly to ensure you have the wedding day you’ve always dreamed of. We have a keen attention to detail, and a knack for translating your love story into visual elements that make a completely stunning, one-of-a-kind wedding. We are a small team, so every email is hand-typed just as every issue and need is addressed personally. We do everything with love, because we love what we do.
You will always have either Madison or Ainsley present, as well as one of our assistants. Depending on the size of the package and the wedding, assistants will be added as-needed.
Absolutely. We will always provide you with a list of vendors that we know, trust, and highly recommend.
